Residential Site Superintendent

You will oversee daily construction operations, from managing subcontractors to ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct daily construction operations

• Review contracts for accuracy and feasibility

• Maintain ongoing reporting to track site progress

• Approve timesheets and conduct hazard assessments

• Lead weekly subcontractor progress meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in residential construction management

• Degree in construction management or engineering preferred

• Excellent budgeting and scheduling abilities

• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Word, and Project
