Position: Senior Construction Superintendent Role
Take the lead as a Senior Site Superintendent in residential construction based in Kelowna, BC. Drive project execution while ensuring safety and quality across all operations.

In the role of Senior Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive project schedules, coordinating trade subcontractors, and implementing safety plans. You will ensure that construction processes comply with regulations and contractual obligations while actively communicating with project stakeholders. Your ability to maintain an organized site and address construction challenges will be pivotal to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules and oversee subcontractor performance

• Develop safety and health management plans

• Conduct weekly field assessments and progress meetings

• Monitor material procurement and site logistics

• Complete warranty work and site demobilization

Requirements:

• 5+ years in construction management, residential focus

• Relevant undergraduate degree or diploma
