With over five years of field operations experience, this role emphasizes the daily management of construction projects across commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction staff to ensure project success
• Promote site safety and compliance with HSE standards
• Equip teams with necessary resources for project completion
• Participate in pre-bid processes regarding site logistics
• Maintain schedules and address any arising delays
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Superintendent role with construction experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug tests
• Background in residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
