• Maintain daily paperwork and monitor subcontractor performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction

• Field supervision of large commercial projects required

• Knowledge of safety protocols and construction techniques

• Excellent MS Office and project management skills

• Gold Seal Certification or trade background preferred
