Step into a role as a Construction Helper with URBAN PARK DEVELOPMENT LTD. in Kelowna, BC. This full-time position requires active participation in various construction duties on-site.
As a permanent employee, you will engage directly in loading, unloading, and managing materials. Responsibilities include erecting forms, cleaning debris, and ensuring overall site safety while adhering to work specifications. Flexible shift options including weekends and overtime are available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload construction materials on-site
• Set up and take down scaffolding and forms
• Level earth according to specifications
• Collect and sort salvaged materials for reuse
• Manage traffic flow near construction sites
Requirements:
• Permanent or authorized temporary resident of Canada
• Must possess valid work authorization for Canada
• Availability for different shifts required
• Must work on-site; no remote option available
• Capable of performing physical labor in external conditions
Contribute to the impactful projects of URBAN PARK DEVELOPMENT in a hands-on capacity.
