Work locations:
Candidates are required to work in various locations in Kelowna (BC) & other areas in Thompson
- Okanagan Region (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

• Move materials to work sites and load and unload construction supplies.
• Put up and take down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps and barricades at construction sites.
• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials.
• Assist installers (e.g., drywall, siding, insulation) and other tradespersons in construction activities by assisting with measurements, supplying and holding materials, and providing necessary tools and equipment.
• Arrange all equipment needed at the workplace before starting the job and store it at a protected place at the end of the shift.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Clean and prepare work surfaces to support construction crews in carrying out their tasks efficiently.

• Some work experience as a construction laborer would be an asset.
• Candidates should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions.
