Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and address risks on-site promptly

• Direct all site activities aligning with the Chandos Production System

• Mentor site staff and other Superintendents

• Manage work scheduling and resource allocation

• Maintain budget adherence and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a construction Superintendent

• In-depth knowledge of construction practices

• Experience with major projects above $500,000

• Proficient in scheduling and managing complex logistics

• Strong management skills in risk and project execution
