Join RWC as a Field Superintendent, dedicated to supporting and enhancing the performance of site supervisors across various projects.
Your role will focus on conflict resolution, coordination, and ensuring optimal productivity.
This position at RWC involves overseeing site operations to help remove obstacles faced by project supervisors. With extensive construction experience, you'll enhance field operations through effective planning, communicating objectives, and driving compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to multiple project supervisors
• Engage in project scope and budget meetings
• Track and report on labor market insights
• Eliminate operational roadblocks for teams
• Coach and mentor supervisors on best practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership experience in construction
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity
• Proven ability to prioritize and support multiple sites
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction tools
Utilize your construction management skills to lead RWC’s field operations and foster a culture of growth and safety.
