Candidates should possess a technical diploma and construction experience to thrive in this pivotal position, where you will lead teams and maintain client satisfaction through project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor project teams to achieve deliverables efficiently
• Assess project needs to allocate resources effectively
• Participate in project bids and budgeting guidance
• Build and sustain strong client relationships post-award
• Lead value-oriented design initiatives in preconstruction phases
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in a relevant discipline
• Two or more years with a general contractor in construction
• Strong understanding of construction drawings
• Knowledgeable in VDC software capabilities
• Proven leadership skills in a construction environment
