Position: Site Superintendent for Restaurant Project
Location: Penticton

Lead the new restaurant construction project in Penticton, BC, with Novacom Building Partners. Seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to ensure timely, high-quality delivery on-site.

This role requires overseeing all construction activities from inception to completion for a $3.5M restaurant project. As a Site Superintendent, you'll coordinate trades, manage client communications, and utilize Procore software for documentation. You will work closely with the project management team to align schedules, budgets, and client expectations, making a tangible impact on this stand-alone build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities for safe, efficient project execution

• Build relationships with trades and suppliers to resolve challenges

• Collaborate with the PM team on schedules and budgets

• Act as the on-site liaison with clients and architects

• Track documentation, manage costs, and monitor financial updates

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in commercial construction

• Proficient with construction management software

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities

• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
