In this role, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders and enhance processes to contribute to organizational strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects

• Review specifications and project drawings carefully

• Facilitate project handoffs from estimating to construction

• Manage procurement, scheduling, and client communication

• Identify cost-saving solutions and value engineering opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial roofing or building envelope estimating

• Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tenders
