Lead a new ground-up restaurant project in Penticton with Novacom Building Partners. Be the on-site expert ensuring high-quality execution while coordinating trades on this exciting $3.5M project.

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee all daily activities of the construction site, guaranteeing a safe and timely delivery of the project. Collaborating closely with the project management team, you will align execution with budget and client expectations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you act as the key representative in meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities and safety standards

• Build relationships with trades and suppliers for efficiency

• Collaborate with management on schedule and budget alignment

• Act as a liaison in client meetings and documentation

• Monitor budgets and provide financial updates

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in commercial construction

• Proficient with Procore and scheduling software

• Valid driver's license for travel to sites
