Pinchin is on the lookout for a Senior Project Technologist to strengthen its Building Science and Sustainability team. You will be responsible for assessing building conditions, conducting detailed inspections, and crafting reports that enhance project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead building condition assessments (PCA, BECA, RCA)

• Perform detailed inspections (leak tests and roof cuts)

• Develop restoration project specifications

• Conduct quantity take-offs for accurate estimations

• Oversee construction reviews for quality compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in relevant technology or engineering

• 3-5 years’ experience in the Canadian building sector

• Familiarity with various building systems

• Competence in AutoCAD and writing technical reports

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
