They are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to take ownership of commercial roofing estimates while supporting projects through pre-construction and into execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and operational sides of construction and wants to play an important role in building a stronger organization.

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements.
• Manage project handoffs from estimating through pre-construction.
• Support procurement, scheduling, project planning, and client communication.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers.
• Assist with contract reviews and project planning activities.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Help improve estimating processes and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

• Experience estimating commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
• Strong knowledge of SBS, modified bitumen, single-ply roofing systems, metal roofing, and/or architectural sheet metal.
• Experience working with commercial general contractors and large construction projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Project management experience is considered a significant asset.
