Lead Site Superintendent for BDN Construction

BDN Construction, located in the GTA, is on the lookout for a Travelling Site Superintendent to lead construction sites from Ontario to British Columbia. You'll engage with subcontractors, enforce safety measures, and handle project logistics using Procore and hands-on work. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail and restaurant construction projects solo

• Manage all aspects of subcontractor coordination

• Plan daily tasks and ensure site safety compliance

• Report progress and tasks via Procore platform

• Perform hands-on work as necessary, including small tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Proven ability to work independently at construction sites

• Competency in interpreting drawings and specifications

• Familiar with Procore for reporting and logs

• Valid certifications including First Aid and a clean G licence
