Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cost analyses and market benchmarking
• Develop estimates for construction documents and milestones
• Prepare and present final cost plans to clients
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Manage contract agreements with contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• CIQS or RICS membership preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Canadian working rights necessary
