• Lead civil crew to complete daily work safely

• Plan work and assign tasks; ensure resources are available

• Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations

• Communicate site updates to superintendent promptly

• Maintain organized workspace and enforce safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of foreperson experience

• Strong understanding of underground utilities

• Ability to read design drawings and specifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

• Willingness to travel across project sites
