This position is ideal for candidates with experience in commercial, residential, or light industrial projects. As a Building Construction Estimator, you will conduct cost analysis, perform quantity take-offs, and assist with bid preparations. Leverage your collaboration skills with project teams and subcontractors to deliver precise and competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review quotes and assist with bid selections
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation of projects
• Prepare competitive estimates by reviewing specifications
• Assist with RFIs and tender submissions
• Engage in pre-award meetings and site visits
Requirements:
• 1-5 years in estimating or related fields
• Education in Construction Management or similar
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office
• Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
