The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of project management experience in commercial and multifamily residential construction. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, coordinating teams, and ensuring all construction is completed according to set timelines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with project stakeholders and define requirements

• Oversee contract negotiations and manage subcontractors

• Ensure compliance through shop drawings review

• Submit RFIs and manage project schedules

• Lead project meetings and supervise staff

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency with MS Project and Worksafe BC knowledge

• Business degree or PMP certification preferred

• Clean Driver’s License and abstract required
