This full-time, permanent role involves managing multiple complex projects in residential and mixed-use properties. You'll need strong leadership skills, excellent planning abilities, and construction knowledge to ensure quality outcomes on every site. The role requires frequent travel to Penticton, West Kelowna, Peachland, and Summerland while maintaining close coordination with various trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage concurrent construction and renovation projects through completion

• Develop project schedules and execution plans

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and specialty trades

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience

• Proven multi-site residential property management

• Hands-on understanding of plumbing, electrical, and roofing systems

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Valid driver’s license and reliable truck required
