Construction Superintendent Field Operations

Lead field operations for Chandos through innovation, collaboration, and sustainability while coordinating construction work as a Superintendent. Build organized, productive project sites.
Chandos is seeking a Superintendent with eight-plus years leading large general contractor projects. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities while supporting schedules. The work requires construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, forecasting, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day field operations across construction projects
Drive short-interval and weekly work planning
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities
Run foreman meetings and daily huddles
Maintain safe, clean, organized project sites
Requirements:
Eight-plus years as Superintendent with large general contractor
Ten-plus years of commercial construction experience
Journeyperson certification or equivalent construction experience
CSTS 20 certification
Strong drawings, specifications, sequencing, and forecasting knowledge
