In this role, you will track delivery quality and key performance metrics while providing tailored reports for clients. Quick resolution of customer queries and issues is paramount. Collaborating with various internal departments and utilizing analytical data for continuous improvement efforts are crucial aspects of this job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor last-mile delivery performance
• Address customer inquiries and ensure complete resolution
• Handle disputes and coordinate with internal teams
• Leverage data analysis for service issue identification
• Support communication across different time zones
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Experience in logistics, particularly in the e-commerce field
• Competent in data analysis and creating Excel reports
• Able to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong time management to handle multiple tasks
