Salary: $19.25 to $21.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 12 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment:
Seasonal part‑time leading to full‑time

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
Training will be provided. Work must be completed on‑site; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Provide basic information to clients and the public

Obtain and process information required to provide customer service

Record and relay information

Receive and issue payments

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Calculate billing charges

Monitor mobile radio or telephone

Provide customer service

Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments
