Hotel Zed is looking for a Great Guest Services Agent (Part Time/Casual) to join our team.

What You Do

Act as the first and last impression guests will experience.

Show genuine interest in others with a friendly smile and warm welcome.

Check in guests, support and assist them with any needs, and accurately settle accounts on departure.

Serve as the nerve center of hotel operations.

Own the lobby, working in a hectic, fast‑paced environment.

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and the "Grandma's basement".

Check guests in and out, make and modify reservations, provide hotel operator and concierge services.

Assist with booking, setting up, and overseeing small events in "Grandma's Basement".

Continuously relay important room and guest information to other team members.

What You Need
