As a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to help onboard new customers, answer support inquiries from existing customers and conduct product demonstrations. Each customer brings a unique situation to the table, so every day will be a fresh new challenge.

Required Key Competencies   Basic knowledge of employment standard laws, payroll and general accounting principles.
Experience using payroll, HR, or workforce management software platforms.
Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Sharp attention to detail.
Responsibilities   Answering e-mail and telephone support inquiries.
Onboarding new customers and conducting application orientation.
Conducting live product demonstrations.
Documenting all customer communications.
Assisting in updating and maintaining documentation and FAQs.
