As a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to help onboard new customers, answer support inquiries from existing customers and conduct product demonstrations. Each customer brings a unique situation to the table, so every day will be a fresh new challenge.

Required Key Competencies- Basic knowledge of employment standard laws, payroll and general accounting principles.
- Experience using payroll, HR, or workforce management software platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Answering e-mail and telephone support inquiries.
- Onboarding new customers and conducting application orientation.
- Conducting live product demonstrations.
- Documenting all customer communications.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining documentation and FAQs.
- No evening or weekend shifts required.
