Retail Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will manage inquiries, help with returns and exchanges, and execute sales transactions while ensuring all customer interactions contribute positively to their experience. You’ll utilize computerized systems and adhere to company policies to deliver seamless service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and handle inquiries promptly

• Operate cash registers and process sales effectively

• Manage returns and exchanges through designated systems

• Ensure the customer service area is well-maintained

• Address customer feedback and resolve polite interactions

Requirements:

• Basic math and typings skills required

• Experience with computerized systems preferred

• Strong organizational skills

• Customer service experience, especially at Canadian Tire, as an asset

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
