Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: 16 hours/week – Requires availability for evening, weekend & holidays
Pay: $18.00/hour

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
  • Book, change, and cancel reservations with accuracy and care
  • Process payments and maintain organized records
  • Assist passengers with check-in, luggage, and boarding
  • Answer questions and provide travel support with professionalism
  • Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Complete light administrative and operational tasks
What You Bring
  • Availability for evening, weekend & holiday shifts
  • A positive, customer-first attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • First Aid training is considered an asset
