What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
Book, change, and cancel reservations with accuracy and care
Process payments and maintain organized records
Assist passengers with check-in, luggage, and boarding
Answer questions and provide travel support with professionalism
Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and running smoothly
Complete light administrative and operational tasks
What You Bring
Availability for evening, weekend & holiday shifts
A positive, customer-first attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Previous customer service experience is an asset
First Aid training is considered an asset
