Become a vital part of U-Haul in Kelowna, British Columbia as a Customer Service Representative! This role focuses on assisting customers and managing rental equipment through advanced technology.
At U-Haul, you'll work within a supportive team to ensure customers have a smooth experience. Your duties will include aiding clients with U-Haul products, inspecting equipment, and managing transactions with smart devices. You'll also receive valuable on-the-job training to foster your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with all U-Haul products and services
• Manage equipment rentals using U-Scan technology
• Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring quality and safety
• Answer inquiries and educate on U-Haul offerings
• Process rental returns and prepare invoices diligently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record
• Physical ability to lift equipment weighing over 50 lbs
• Certification will be provided for propane and forklift operations
• Commitment to ongoing education through U-Haul University
