Key Responsibilities:

• Support guests in planning their perfect ski vacations

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and reservations

• Offer personalized recommendations for ski packages

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or contact center experience preferred

• Strong customer service orientation

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Familiarity with MS Office and resort systems is a plus
