Become a key part of Fullscript's customer journey as a Customer Support Specialist in Kelowna, BC. Offer personalized assistance to enhance practitioner and patient satisfaction in a hybrid work model.
This role focuses on fostering trust and resolving inquiries through proactive communication. You will collaborate within the team to ensure effective coverage and support, as well as gather feedback for continuous improvement. Working every fourth weekend is part of this flexible position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via multiple channels for assistance
• Resolve inquiries using product knowledge and tools
• Build trust through interactive communication
• Report trends in customer feedback
• Ensure support coverage by coordinating with teammates
Requirements:
• Experience in customer-oriented roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and multitask in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with Gladly and SaaS tools is an advantage
• Enthusiastic about learning and teamwork
