You will be a crucial part of Illumio's Customer Success team, directly influencing customer strategies to ensure they achieve desired outcomes. This role demands expertise in IT Security and Operations, alongside building lasting relationships across teams like Sales and Engineering. You will support more than one million workloads globally, helping clients navigate cyber resilience with our powerful products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop cross-functional knowledge in IT Security and Operations
• Address customer adoption issues and enhance adoption health
• Manage renewals, ensuring value delivery for clients
• Identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer executives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or a related role
• Experience in Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS preferred
• Proven ability to communicate with C-Suite stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel onsite as needed
