We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Agents for our operation at Kelowna Airport. Candidates should come with at least two years of customer-facing experience and show a strong commitment to punctuality and service excellence.
Your role will involve helping passengers check in, facilitating boarding, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help passengers check in and board efficiently
• Handle self-serve kiosks and assist passengers
• Prepare aircraft for departures on schedule
• Work closely with airline crews for smooth operations
• Kindly enforce airline policies for passenger compliance
Requirements:
• At least two years in a customer service capacity
• Track record of reliability in previous roles
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Availability for shifts, including evenings and holidays
