In this 18-month temporary position, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals submitting new claims. Your experience in customer service will be essential as you gather claims information and respond to inquiries from workers, employers, and medical professionals. You will support clients with sensitive information, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate the Teleclaim process for injured workers
• Address questions and concerns regarding claims
• Adjudicate entitlement decisions on routine claims
• Communicate decisions both in writing and verbally
• Transfer claims according to established guidelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 months of recent customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with solutions focus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
