Elevate member experiences as a Member Service Representative at Cascadia Credit Union. Provide exceptional service and foster relationships while handling transactions and inquiries in person.

In this vital front-line role, the Member Service Representative helps build stronger member connections through dedicated service excellence. You'll process various cash and non-cash transactions, cross-sell products, and support member needs with a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.

Your role is crucial in maintaining compliance and ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process member transactions like deposits and withdrawals

• Build relationships and cross-sell products as needed

• Manage applications for Member Cards and replacements

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Handle member inquiries and issues promptly

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• Minimum one year in financial, retail, or hospitality

• Strong computer literacy in banking systems

• Commitment to excellent member service

• Honesty and integrity in member interactions
