Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inbound and outbound client support via phone and email

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support levels when needed
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across patients
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or relevant experience required
• Strong time management skills under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Spanish or French
