In this permanent on-call position, you’ll serve customers by checking baggage, booking changes, and resolving service disruptions.
Your role involves marshalling and de-icing aircraft and supporting the deplaning and boarding processes. We're looking for a safety-conscious, service-oriented individual to contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check baggage and enforce excess weight charges
• Answer calls for flight reservations and changes
• Resolve service disruption issues for passengers
• Marshall, de-ice, and assist aircraft during boarding
• On-load and off-load all passenger and cargo items
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Valid BC driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Clear communication skills for difficult conversations
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
