Join EBus & Red Arrow as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Kelowna. Support travelers with check-in, booking, and boarding in an engaging environment.
At EBus & Red Arrow, you will be the first point of contact for travelers. This role requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your responsibilities include assisting customers, processing reservations, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in person and online
• Accurately book, change, and cancel reservations
• Process payments and maintain organized records
• Assist passengers with check-in and luggage handling
• Provide professional answers to travel-related questions
Requirements:
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Positive customer-first attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
