This role seeks enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to enhance our tasting room team. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, conducting informative wine tastings, and processing sales transactions. Training is provided for those without wine knowledge; customer service experience is highly valued. Flexibility for weekends and special events is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the tasting room

• Conduct engaging and informative wine tastings

• Share stories about our winemaking process and practices

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting space

Requirements:

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience

• Outgoing and enjoys engaging with guests

• Comfortable speaking in small groups

• Basic math skills for cash handling

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
