Location: Oliver
Enhance customer service as a Service Advisor in Oliver with Pinnacle Equipment. Facilitate efficient operations in both the Service and Parts departments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
At Pinnacle Equipment, we are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to support our Oliver location. This key role involves handling service documentation, coordinating parts and services, and maintaining customer communication. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to address service concerns and provide outstanding support for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and invoice service work orders
• Maintain service records and files accurately
• Input data into the customer database
• Follow up with customers on ongoing work
• Assist with warranty claims and marketing efforts
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience
• Experience in service or parts environments preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
Contribute your expertise in customer service and operational efficiency as a Service Advisor at Pinnacle Equipment.
