As a Guest Services Associate, your primary function is to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and address guest needs from arrival to departure. You will handle reservations, resolve complaints efficiently, and work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless stay for guests.

• Handle reservations and manage guest records

• Process financial transactions including payments

• Resolve complaints and assist guests with inquiries
