Customer Service Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Attendant to join our team. • Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries or needs
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tidying up and ensuring a hygienic environment
• Provide information about services offered and answer questions accurately
• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Assist in managing appointments or reservations as needed
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously
• Support team members in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively to uphold cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
• Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
