Join our team as a Guest Services Associate, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors. Focus on welcoming guests, handling check-ins, and coordinating valuable service needs.

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be integral to providing excellent service from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the reception area. You’ll also collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to fulfill guest needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and oversee check-in/out procedures

• Manage reservation calls, emails, and records

• Process guest payments and balance cash drawers

• Calmly resolve guest complaints and issues

• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requirements

• Keep the lobby area clean and inviting

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Courteous and professional approach to visitors

• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks

• Familiarity with booking systems and office applications

• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
