• Schedule services using our Appointment Scheduler

• Create and manage detailed work orders

• Communicate repair status updates clearly

• Collaborate with technicians for optimal service delivery

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year experience in a customer service role

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency required
