Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer orders in ERP system

• Verify accuracy of customer demand information

• Monitor and process transactions through EDI systems

• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and EDI issues

• Communicate order changes to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1+ years in order administration or customer service

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with ERP systems and customer portals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
