This full-time or part-time role for the winter 2026/2027 season requires you to manage guest arrivals, facilitate reservations, and maintain a sleek front-of-house environment. Leverage your experience in a spa setting to engage customers and create memorable experiences while overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival

• Manage appointments and confirmations via software

• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas

• Handle payments and client records accurately

• Conduct daily cleaning and inventory management tasks

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a spa environment

• Proficient with computer programs including spa software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Friendly team-oriented approach

• Must be prepared to relocate to or commute to Big White Resort
