At Kaycan, we are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent role. You will interact directly with customers, address inquiries, and keep inventory organized and updated. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service during busy hours
• Respond to inquiries both in person and via phone
• Maintain up-to-date product pricing and availability
• Load and unload materials, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Process special materials orders and handle payments
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• 2-4 years of forklift operating experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Windows and Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
