As a part-time Front Desk Agent, you will provide courteous customer service, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness. While previous experience is helpful, you can succeed through dedication and commitment to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous and efficient guest services

• Maximize occupancy through effective upselling

• Maintain orderliness at the front desk

• Assist guests with inquiries and accounts

• Handle reservation and cancellation requests effectively

Requirements:

• Proficient in communication and customer support

• Willingness to obtain Basic First Aid certification

• Must be available evenings and weekends

• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Previous front desk experience is a plus
