Position: Experienced Dental Hygienist Role
Become a pivotal part of Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre as an Experienced Dental Hygienist. This full-time role focuses on providing top-notch dental health services and community education.

This permanent position offers you a chance to practice in accordance with BCCOHP standards while engaging with diverse populations in Interior Health. You will work on providing direct dental services, conducting health surveys, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute clinical duties like screenings and referrals for patients

• Offer preventive dental materials in line with safety regulations

• Facilitate educational sessions on dental health in community venues

• Support local committees working towards improved health outcomes

• Maintain equipment and monitor supply inventories

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Dental Hygiene fulfilling BCCOHP standards

• Successful completion of the National Dental Hygiene Certification Exam

• At least one year of relevant dental hygiene experience

• Current BCCOHP registration as a Dental Hygienist

• A valid BC driver’s license for travel
